The schedule still remains somewhat compressed. However, as we are
currently at 30 members approaching the full complement of 32, the rotation
should gradually extend itself. Accordingly, let us all continue to think
about possible candidates. Once we are back at 32 members the optimum
rotation can resume, which is one assignment each year for three years, then one
year off.

The normal rotation is short paper, long paper, host. As noted last year, the
next papers for Mr. Teeson and Mr. Miner are or will be short in order to
redress two switches in order that were necessary last year.
Despite the fact that we are now up to thirty members, which eventually will extend the rotation somewhat as noted above, some members, including me, have assignments right at or near one year after the previous one. This is due in part to the specifics of each member's previous history of assignments. This history appears, in a few cases, to have deviated from the normal rotation of short, long, host.
As usual, if the listed dates are inconvenient, please make arrangements with
another member to swap, and notify the secretary. If you feel that I have
slighted you in making up this schedule (it is a more complex process than I had
anticipated), please let me know so we can work it out.
Please notify the Club at 443-5504 if you are unable to attend.
Please notify the Secretary of any changes of address, phone number or email
address. I can be reached at 535-9096 or JanRMacGregor@gmail.com>.
Respectfully submitted,
Jan A. MacGregor, Secretary
